Network

Our network of friends are our inspiration, our drive, they reflect us and represent the social aspect of our health. You can find out about people and businesses that inspire us or projects that we are currently working on below.

Our commitment to optimising our own health aligns with the desire to benefit our communities and the planet, so we deliver healthy tea but we also want to begin conversations that bring people together in common objectives around the topics of health, mental healthy and sustainability.

Kaizen Academy Lancaster

Kaizen Academy is a place to study martial arts that offers a carefully structured and technical approach to the learning and training of combat sports, taught in a safe and inclusive environment. Its members participate in the world’s toughest combat sports - this constant experimental contact with reality exposes us to ever shifting circumstances which requires a fluid and continually evolving redefinition of the task at hand. Kaizen’s members all participate in this process of learning and teaching together: The community is the curriculum.

Hipato Re-Wilding Project

The Hipato Re-Wilding Project is our first program that we have established to maximise the positive impact we have on the earth. Teaming up with local charities and community groups, we seek to raise funds to purchase a small parcel of land in North Lancashire to develop into forest and provide an environmental education spaces for locals.
